Tim Sillcock
Principal Agent

Tim’s past career had a parallel focus on Business and Education; which enables him to guide prospective buyers into suitable businesses, whilst also assisting him to select suitable training companies to sell. As a former owner of an RTO and an education compliance consultant, Tim understands the Training sector intimately and is well networked within the industry. Equipped with a M.Ed and a M.Bus.Law, Tim provides owners and buyers with sound business advice.

Lauren Wallis
Director of Operations

Lauren is a fully registered agent and a member of the sales team. She also manages the operations of the business. A qualified Educator with an M.Ed. and a B.Bus. degree, Lauren has an in-depth understanding of the RTO and Vocational Education sector. Lauren joined the company in 2012 as a compliance consultant. She assisted many RTOs to pass audits, compile audit rectifications, and restructure their operations to maintain compliance.

Sabir Dayib
Director of Sales

As a former owner of an RTO, Sabir has extensive experience with the operations of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), complemented by business experience in other industries. He is an experienced marketer and registered eal estate agent. Sabir manages the profiling of businesses and matches them with identified market segments within our buyer networks. Sabir’s networks are truly global. He spends considerable time discussing business options with overseas buyers.
